Labor Practices

Grupo Carso offers a wide range of benefits, tailored to different employee levels within the organization and focused on comprehensive well-being. Depending on the subsidiary, employees have access to benefit programs that may include Life Insurance, a Savings Fund, vacation bonus, and electronic grocery vouchers, among others, contributing to their well-being and economic security.
